Users can delete their account directly from within the app at any time. This action will permanently remove their profile and all associated data from our system. - Support Team Deletion:
Users can also request account deletion by contacting our support team at zipronfinserv@gmail.com. Upon receiving a valid request, we will process the deletion in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

By using The Bestie, you agree to the following terms:
- User Commitments
You agree not to:
- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
- Post harmful, obscene, violent, or discriminatory content
- Engage in illegal activities, including fraud or exploitation
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform
- Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you share but grant The Bestie a limited license to display it within the platform.
Do not post content that infringes copyright, trademark, or privacy rights of others.
The Bestie’s logos, branding, software, and features remain our exclusive property. - Child Safety & Protection
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Exploitation or grooming of minors
- Any content harmful to children
Violations will result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement authorities.
- Broadcast & Communication Features
The Bestie allows real-time audio and video communication. You agree to use these features responsibly and avoid sharing prohibited or harmful content. We may monitor, restrict, or remove content that violates our policies. - Third-Party Services
The Bestie may use trusted third-party providers (e.g., for hosting or video call features). Their processing of data is strictly limited to providing services. - Reporting & Grievance Redressal

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, India.
